What is Picsart’s policy on restricted content and how is it enforced?

While Picsart users remain responsible for their own conduct, and for any content they attempt to generate, upload, or share, we take affirmative steps to ensure our community remains a safe place.

Picsart enforces its Community Guidelines using a combination of automated filters, AI detection, keyword and hash-based scanning, and human moderation to identify prohibited and restricted content. Prompts entered into our generative AI tools are also evaluated for compliance with our policies in real time.

We provide in-app reporting tools so the community can flag potentially violating material. Reported content is reviewed and investigated by our Trust & Safety team, which ensures timely responses and takes appropriate enforcement measures.

If content is found to violate our Guidelines or Terms of Use, Picsart may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts. In cases involving suspected illegal activity—such as CSAM or incitement to violence—Picsart may report such activity to legal or governmental authorities and cooperate with valid law enforcement requests, including preserving and disclosing user information.

While we work hard to catch restricted content, Picsart cannot guarantee that all restricted content will be intercepted before appearing on the platform. Users remain responsible for their own behavior and content. Picsart also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to adapt enforcement practices (with or without prior notice) to maintain a safe platform for all users.
