- Failure can result from network issues (not related to Picsart). In case of network issues, please retry the API call again.
- If retry didn't work, check if the service is up and running on our status page
- Some API services have source image limitations or requirements that may impact output. The Upscale API limits image size to 4 MP, so images that exceed this size can’t be upscaled.
- Every Picsart API returns a response object that contains a correlation-id and an error message. If it is not useful or if it indicates an error on Picsart's side, email us the response object to devsupport@picsart.io.
