What steps should I take when the API service fails?

Failure can result from network issues (not related to Picsart). In case of network issues, please retry the API call again.

Some API services have source image limitations or requirements that may impact output. The Upscale API limits image size to 4 MP, so images that exceed this size can’t be upscaled.
Every Picsart API returns a response object that contains a correlation-id and an error message. If it is not useful or if it indicates an error on Picsart's side, email us the response object to devsupport@picsart.io.
